Why would you hire a real estate agent to "push" your property? What can they possibly do? You have heard the statistics, 98% of buyers search the internet when shopping for a home. Buyer's Agents know less about your home than your potential buyer does when they see your home because the buyer has searched the demographics, your tax record and your mortgage history when they come to see your home. Q: Are you a real estate agent and a real estate company?
A: Yes, everyone except our receptionist is a licensed agent. We have a retail location in downtown Alpharetta and cover the entire metro Atlanta area. I have been in real estate over 14 years, am a licensed broker in 7 states and I am considered an expert by many local and national new sources.
Q: How many homes have you listed and how many have you sold?

Q: Do I need a lot of experience in real estate to use the Buyer Magnet System?
