Robert Ritzman's testimonials
Duffy Staff,
I am writing this note to express a word of gratitude to Duffy Realtor, Robert Ritzman concerning the service I received on the purchase of my new
home.
Prior to meeting Robert, I contacted several realtors, but when I told them my price range, they said they would email me a few homes. Needless to say, they didn't’t follow up. From the time I called Duffy, Robert responded in a confident, professional manner, and was eager to assist me in my search. When I became discouraged, Robert would email new leads, or just leave a telephone message of encouragement. I always felt that he was sincerely interested in my concerns, which made my home buying experience, not only “painless”, but enjoyable.
Robert went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me by walking me through the entire buying process. If he was nominated for “Realtor of the Year”, he would surly get my vote. Because of the experience I encountered working with Robert, I feel he is a positive reflection of Duffy Realty; therefore, I have already begun to recommend Duffy Realty to my friends.
Again, Robert thanks for going the extra mile!

I have and will continue to share my experience with anyone looking for a dependable realtor whose interpersonal sensibility and sense of professionalism yields real, measurable results. Thank you, Robert, to you and your team at Duffy Realty for making this a wonderful home-buying experience. I wish you the best.

Robert, Just wanted to send you a message to let you know how greatly appreciated your services were to my family. You are very professional, dependable and reliable. There was never a call unreturned or a concern unattended to, and my husband and I really liked that quality about you. We have worked with other agents in the past and were unsuccessful in finding a home for our family, I would like to thank you again for all of your hard work. I bragged so much about you at work, that several of my co-workers has asked for your cards!
- Thanks, LaTanya Smith
My Husband & I recently purchased a home from Robert Ritzman, September and closed in October 2006. We Relocated from California. I had found your Name & number in a advertisment and called Duffy. Robert was the gentleman that answered our call. I want to express my appreciation & Loyalty he gave us from the Get Go of our trip to Georgia to find our Dream Home. He was always so Helpful & Patient with us all the way through our difficult loan process and WOW I've never had a Realtor follow up with us on all the loan status & paperwork. I am in Business myself and I want you to be aware of what a great Realtor you have in your office. I will only refer to Robert @ Duffy for Buyers & Seller.
Sincerely,
- Maria Osborn & David Wentworth
Dear Robert,
I wanted to let you know just how much we appreciate all the hard work you put into helping us find the right home. You have set the standard for real estate agents. In selling our home we met many agents representing potential buyers, not one seemed to help and guide their client like you did for us. You go into a home like a blood hound, sniffing out the good and bad. In a time when it's very easy to get overwhelmed, your hound nose helped narrow the choices and helped us stay focused.
You were also helpful in a way that is possibly even more important. You kept in contact constantly. You made sure we did everything on time when we when into contract, you made sure we were informed, you helped negotiate for us, and so many other things. I would like to see you go on vacation because you never seemed to take time off. You worked on Sunday and at night, I even kept you away from your wife the night of Valentine's Day. You really did go the extra mile...actually, you went a few extra miles. You even offered to go to the home we were buying and let workers in if the owner was to busy to be there so that the needed repairs could be done before the closing date. Do you remember that? I can't imagine any other agent would have your commitment.
Because of you, our home buying experience is remembered as a good experience and not a stressful one. It's been a few months now but it seems like yesterday. The dust has settled and we're moved in and as I file away all the paperwork I think to myself "I miss Robert". I will always think of you and all you did for us and our new home and how you were apart of the whole process.
It's very hard to tell to someone how much they are appreciated and how they have impacted your life with just a few words. There are a lot of things about the whole home buying experience that I will always look back on but mostly I'll remember you and I going through this home and having some good laughs and how you helped us every step of the way.
Many Thanks,
Tara Toole and Chris Stokes
P.S. We'll call you when the pond and deck are finished. I know your boy would love to meet the turtles.

My experience finding a house using Duffy Realty was amazing. I attribute 100% of my satisfaction to my realtor Robert Ritzman.
I have worked with several realtors in the past and Robert was the best by far. Robert made me feel comfortable right away, which made it easy for me to ask questions. He seemed to be familiar with every aspect of the buying process. The house I purchased had a septic tank, of which I was completely unfamiliar. Robert explained all the ins and outs and even advised that I request the tank be cleaned professionally.
I don't know what I would have done without his expertise. If ever there were to be a manual written on 'How to Service Your Client in a Professional and Courteous Manner', Robert Ritzman would definitely be the author.
Thanks for everything,
Sophia E. Benjamin
P.S. I would have written this letter sooner, but I have been busy selling my house using Duffy. I'm currently under contract!!
Dear Robert,
My wife and I would like to take a moment to thank you for all that you have done for us over the entire "house hunting" process. Despite a down market, and thousands of real estate agents hungry for work, it seemed difficult to find an agent, committed to helping us find a house, due to all the "specific requirements" my wife and I were looking for. It seemed like when we would find a listing, call the listing agent, they would show us that house and when we would tell them what are buying requirements were, they would fizzle out quickly. It was as though the agents were looking for an easy sell or the "ideal client".
Well, I don't know if such a thing exists in the real estate world, as we all have different things that become important to us over the years. But what I do know, is you definitely did not run from the challenge. You embraced our needs and wants as your own. You took the time to actually "listen" to what we were looking for, and to my pleasant surprise, never got tired or frustrated despite the number of homes we went through. I remember my wife would send you a list of 30 homes to sort through and as we drove by and realized at first glance that one or another did not meet our needs, you would say with a smile, "Well, let's try the next one!".
I got to tell you Robert, a good friend and I were just talking yesterday about how customer service in this day and age is not what it used to be. It used to be that the service provider valued their clients and would do whatever it took to please them. Now-a-days it seems more like an inconvenience for them to have to go out of their way just to provide the service. What a good feeling it is to deal with someone that understands the true meaning of customer service - always professional, courteous, attentive, anticipating our needs and expectations, then going above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we were satisfied, 100% of the time. I think the best part of the whole process is the feeling that we left the closing table with, and that is one of complete confidence that you had our best interests at heart 100% of the time. To sum it up, we felt "very well taken care of". Robert, thank you for taking such good care of us, never growing tired, maintaining momentum, and making us feel like our business mattered to you.
I can say with certainty that I will continue to use you in any future real estate transactions as well as refer you to anyone that crosses my path in the need of your services.
Robert - your a first class act.
Thanks Again,
Tony Gouldthorp
