We did our "home work" we checked the MLS and FMLS comparables for houses in our area, we went to open houses to get ideas, we painted, replaced dated fixtures, put the junk in storage, and staged our house. We looked at for sale by owner options, interviewed real estate agents and looked at discount agencies. We chose Duffy as the best value choice. Duffy came out on Thursday and helped us establish the listing price, and we were in MLS and FMLS on Friday, and we had good traffic starting on Saturday. We used the Duffy website to get additional ideas on how to make our house sell. When we got our contract, the Duffy contract review specialist reviewed it and gave us their recommendations.
