We take pride in our proprietary Buyer Action Timeline that applies a scientific process of investigation and leads our buyers to CERTAINTY about their house purchase. You buy only when you are certain that the house is the right house for you and your family. Period.

How The Buyer Cash Bonus Works

We will send you homes for sale as they come on the market. You choose which houses you want to see. When you help us cull through the listings and you close on a house, we will pay you a Buyer Cash Bonus of $500.00 if the purchase price is $100,000.00 and higher, and $150.00 if it is $99,999.99 or less.
The commission paid to Duffy Realty by the seller or builder must be 3% or higher. If it is less than 3%, we pay a $150.00 Buyer Cash Bonus. 95% of the time, the commission is 3%
We require that you fill out a survey that includes an agent testimonial that will be used in our marketing.
Please note that the Buyer Cash Bonus does not apply to rentals, leases or lease purchases.
Buyer Cash Bonus can be applied to your closing costs or we will cut a check to you within 5 business days of closing.
You must be in a signed agreement with Duffy Realty before you tell an agent that we represent you. If you visit a home without us and are not clear to the listing agent that we are your agent BEFORE you go inside, they will not allow you to have representation that is paid by the seller. Please consult us on how to see homes without us.
