Pay At Closing Listing
We offer clients the opportunity to list with us using the same technology and services as the $500.00 upfront and .0075 due at closing + (3% buyer agent commission if an agent brings the buyer) Flat Fee Listing. Except that you can pay 6% at closing instead.
Guidelines for the Pay At Closing Model:
1) We set the price and lower the price as agreed to in writing at the time of the listing.
2) You forfeit the option to sell the home on your own (through marketing for unrepresented buyers).
3) We list in 6 month increments. There is a $195.00 fee to withdraw the listing during that time for any reason other than the property has sold.
The marketing and support levels are the same for both models.
